The Retreat Into Nature Mini Wellness Experiences help you reconnect with nature. The theme for Sunday, 2 February 2025 is "Nature is a Mirror of Us" and you will immerse yourself through guided meditation, a nature connection sit spot, and a mindfulness walk to discover the messages nature has to share with you for personal growth and development.
